Along First Street in Historic Downtown Banicia, CA. From Highway 780, exit on East 2nd Street. Go left (for either south or north bound exits, weird, eh?) on to East 2nd Street about 1/4 mile and turn right on to Military West St. Signs will direct you to parking.
